Why on earth should I willingly pay for speeds that only exist on paper but no one uses nor offers, because even an HD movie is easily streamed through a line at a fraction of the speed you claim you were paying for. And I'm sitting right on top of the largest internet node of the world, measured by the traffic throughput of DE-CIX. (aka 100K line, not a million like yours, but at least mine apparently works). I therefore always get by perfectly well with my 13 MB/s. I only pay for the speed I get in general and regularly everywhere also in the opposite direction from where I request data. What business is it of mine, for example, what contracts you have made with anyone and what you now have to pay for? Or what business is it of Ubisoft? Or anyone? You just fell for all the advertising baloney and now demand that others should be just as fatuous? Now look where that has got you. That's legally already a difference, but also technically! So you can't demand from any third party that their speed must miraculously match that of your contract with your ISP. 
You don't pay them or their ISP, you pay yours.
By the way, third parties don't give a flying rat's ass about your exaggerated wishful thinking speeds that you have contracted with your business partners, your ISP, and what they agree to offer you as a speed. I get from Ubisoft downloads what I pay my ISP for. go figure! What the heck is anyone paying for something like that ? MB? So your 88 MB/s means 704 Mb/s, seriously? Also known as 704K line.
